Email changes
Changing email triggers a verification step. The old email stays active until the new one is verified.
2FA and TOTP
Scan a fresh QR code to reconfigure authenticator apps and keep backup codes safe.
Access requests
If you need TV access, submit a request and track the decision from your ticket portal.
What happens after you submit
You get a ticket number immediately.
Super admins review the request manually.
Status changes are shown in your ticket portal.
You will receive email updates when the status changes.
